I am passionate about helping mothers rediscover who they are beyond the roles they play for everyone else. While my clinical background as an LMFT provides the framework for this group, my life as a mom of two provides the heart. I know how difficult it is to find yourself again after motherhood because I am doing that work every day. The Reclamation Project was born from the realization that we shouldn't have to do this unearthing alone.
